I stopped a session early. Is my plant gone?
No. In Sprout's default (kind) mode you keep whatever grew, and the minutes still count. Only in optional strict mode does leaving the app wilt a plant. Stopping early never does.
App blocking doesn't block anything.
Grant Screen Time access in Settings › Focus, choose at least one app, and switch on "Block during sessions". Blocking works on a real iPhone (iOS 16+), not in the Simulator.
How do I unlock more plants?
With focus time. The Garden tab shows how many hours each plant needs.
What does Sprout cost?
Sprout Plus is one plan with everything included: a 7-day free trial, then a monthly subscription you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings, or a one-time lifetime purchase. No ads, no upsells inside the app.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on your iPhone. Refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com.
